Dealer Relationship Manager - Chase Auto (Subaru) - Pacific Nort
As a Dealer Relationship Manager, you will motivate new and existing auto dealers to use Subaru Motors Finance (SMF) for indirect retail/leasing financing.

In this role you will perform the following functions:

+ Manage a multi-state territory of 25 Subaru dealers in the assigned zone; the zone includes retailers in the states of Washington, Oregon, and Northern California

+ Sign dealers to the program within the local market

+ Interface directly with all dealer's personnel

+ Train dealers on contracts/worksheets

+ Inform dealers of policy, procedure and price changes

+ Develop pricing/program recommendations for territory

+ Act as liaison between dealers and Dealer Service Center where credit decisions are made

+ Act as liaison between the manufacturer's regional office and SMF to promote both SMF and Subaru of America programs and initiatives

+ Monitor ongoing dealer performance such as efficiency ratios, delinquency, losses, profitability, etc.

+ Increase and maintain required market share levels

+ Attain volume plan at acceptable business levels.

**Market & Location Information** : The market for this position spans the states of Washington (Seattle), Oregon (Portland), and Northern California (Sacramento and San Francisco). While this role will be a work from home-based role, frequent travel within the aligned market will be required.

+ Experience managing a sales territory

+ Knowledge of indirect auto finance industry

+ Excellent sales presentation skills to motivate new clients to use services and product

+ One year Consumer credit experience preferred

+ Thorough knowledge of indirect finance products (retail/lease)

+ One year Financial statements analysis experience preferred

+ PC Skill (Lotus, Excel, Microsoft Word)desirable

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships

+ Heavy travel within the aligned market/territory will be required; must be willing to travel up to 75%
